We were on vacation up near Minocqua, Wisconsin. The season was sort of getting like, not like usual.
We were still winning.
I didn't want to miss a n y t h i n g.
A local radio station actually had the Cubs on while I was barbecuing, with Pat and Ron and everything. Life was glorious.
And then it just cut out in the 9th inning. Just turned into static.
I lost it.
