I assume that one way or another you watch the news, or at least pay more attention to it, since Rona (or Corona virus, or Covid-19) began.
And it's rare to find anything new, but last night there was, AND it happened during the part that's normally got nothing to say: sports.
Baseball owners have approved a plan.
From CNN: "Spring training will begin in early to mid-June, and games would resume in early July in ballparks without fans, as long as state legislation and health officials allow, reports say."
And today (Tuesday), MLB is going to present the idea to the Player's Association.
Besides all the thinking that undoubtedly has gone into how to deal with the virus, they've got money discussions to make.
And if they can just feel the overall vibe where help and helping people is way more important than profits, hopefully that part will be relatively quick.
Anything that reads as greed right now... ain't good.
