With John Lackey starting vs the Dodgers tonight, I figure we'll see Pedro Strop come in for at least a couple important outs.
Both he and Hector Rondon have seemed a little off this season, but I think Strop's coming around.
SO not very much fun staying up late to watch nothing happen last night.
Cubs 0 Dodgers 4.
But it's Memorial Day Weekend, and maaaan... all I wanna do is make big charcoal fires and watch baseball.
Conveniently tonight's game is at 6:15, right when that fire thing ought to be happening.
Lackey was really good a couple starts ago (7 innings, 4 hits, 10 Ks), not so good last 2 times out so lets hope he's back on.
The Dodgers have weirdly tall 6' 7" (come on, he looks taller than that for some reason) Brandon McCarthy, who's won 4 and lost 1.
Perfect scenario for dining pleasure, and I hope you all are enjoying the weekend too.
