In addition to Rizzo's beautiful home run, there was the throw in the 8th Castro made from his knee all the way across the diamond to Rizzo. An amazing play, but my first thought was, "Well now he will be traded for sure..."

Hi Donna!
I have the lag of the jet real bad today.
Totally forgot about that play, and yes it WAS AN AMAZING TOSS!
And... well we'll just have to pay attention all day.

Won't break my heart if he gets traded. Of course he will perk up and do much better for a different team, as is the tradition with Cubs trades (think Dennis Eckersly and a dozen others). But his occasional wow plays don't make up for his overall laziness and lack of concentration, in my book.

I think tons of people feel the same way, Mark.
The deadline is 3.
You heard they got Dan Haren from Miami (don't know for who yet tho).
And rumors about a 3-way involving Cubs/RedSox/Padres.
Crazy day.
