Pitchers and catchers report in 15 days.
Even if there's a blizzard that day, we'll all still feel fabulous, glorious warmth inside knowing the BOYS ARE BACK IN TOWN!
Playing catch, showing what they got to semi-new manager Mike Quade.
Because I happen to personally feel it's a more important day than that other semi-holiday, Valentine's Day, I feel the need to celebrate it with a card.
This art, like the art tomorrow, is available as a card on Zazzle - you can find it here.
I feel weird putting stuff for sale, but it'll be much nicer than printing it out if you want to go thru the effort of sending out a card. And for the record I get 10% of the price you pay, so I promise I'm not doing this to make money.
But Zazzle will tell me if somebody buys a card, and THAT, my friend, warms my heart, although not as much as Pitchers and Catchers reporting.
Anyway, it's insanely busy.
Tomorrow I'll have another card up and not a whole lot to talk about unless the Cubs do make that trade for Aaron Miles or suddenly sign Albert Pujols - I figure the odds are even for either of those things happening.
Please remind me to tell you the story of the 6 hour flight delay in Miami with me in row 13, my buddy Flynn's giant knife in my briefcase, 3 planes that experience mechanical failure, a warlock, and the joyous ride in one of those golf cart thingys that saved the day.
Go Cubs!
Do you not follow basketball? I love how March Madness ends just a day or two before Opening Day!

Hi Rich.
Not really a basketball guy.
Ill fill out that crazy 64 team betting thing at the start of MM, but otherwise not so much.
Its a time thing.
