What a game.
Jonathan Toews wins it in OT with the breakaway goal on the awesome and lucky pass from Duncan Keith.
It was about time that kind of luck went the Hawks' way.
Blackhawks 3 Blues 2.
Hawks lead series 3-2 too, with the next and hopefully last game (with the Blues) is back in Chicago tomorrow at 2.
Earlier, I had the radio on by the grill when the Cubs game started, and if you were listening when Pat Hughes called the bottom of the first well, you were either cussing or laughing.
I chose laughter.
I can't even remember who was up - I think Braun - and he hit one to the outfiled and it suddenly sounded like the Keystone Cops as the ball sailed over various Cubs' heads a couple times with bad throws.
And speaking of funny, before the game the Brewers put a statue of Bob Uecker way up in the last row somewhere.
That's good stuff.
The score wasn't, though.
Cubs lose 2-5 with a total of 4 hits off Matt Garza and another off Zach Duke.
We did get to see the debut of new Cub Neil Ramirez, who pitched the 6th and nothing bad happened.
But Jake Arrieta, can you please hurry up and get to Chicago so Carlos Villanueva can get back in the pen?
Tonight it's Travis Wood v Marco Estrada, and that's worth a look for sure.
