Pretty sure you've noticed a ton of baseball activity, and the Winter Meetings don't even start til tomorrow.
What are they going to talk about?
Surely there will be more trades, but do they also discuss things like instant replay and the probable integration of the designated hitter in the NL?
You know how much I hate the idea of an NL DH because I'm an old fogey, but they're going to modify the National Pastime to cater to Millennials very soon, and these young people have been brought up choosing their own content and playing video games. Things that move real fast with lots of shiny lights and loud noises.
Baseball has become boring.
I heard some kids at the agency having a hallway chat about how they hate the wasted time between football seasons.
So...change is coming, and fast.
It'll be fine.
In fact, it'll make the value of Dan Vogelbach skyrocket, and not to some other team.
Wouldn't you like to see him bangin' homers in a Cubs uniform?
In the meantime, like I said I'm not really sure what they'll be talking about at the Winter Meetings, so... thank you, You Tube.
