I bought tickets the day before online thru a broker.
$40 tix for only $20.
Oh, but I thought they'd send me an email with a code or something.
Brokers can't do that I guess, so it was $27 for Fed Ex overnight.
Plus their fee.
So, you know, still cheaper than buying them legit.
And I got to see a play at the plate (Borbon muffs it but gets the guy at home), a Rizzo homer, a Castro homer, and Edwin Jackson who has come like a million miles since the start of the season.
On the way in, some odd messaging but whatever.
SOOO not crowded there were empty tables on the upper deck patio.
Rizzo's awesome pose before each at bat. (Turned out that's what he really was thinking)
This always amazes me...
Nice night even if it rains later...
Castro's homer congrats.
The scoreboard didn't really say that, but on the way out I stopped in one of the gift shops.
$45 for a freaking t-shirt.
Where's my $10 voucher?
Wait a minute - I wouldn't pay $35 for a t-shirt either.
Sutter noticed the reflection. Probably no one has ever taken a scoreboard reflection shot before.
Okay I'm lying.
