As a blog owner, you can agree to have someone do that, and you get paid but don't really have control over what the advertisers will put up there.

There was an ad that popped up, for months it seemed, from Snorg Tees.
And it had a young woman wearing shades, men's underwear, and a tee shirt (HINT: it said, "meh").
