Brett Jackson fails common sense test.

Did you see Brett Jackson crash into the left-center wall at PNC Park last night against the Pirates?
Oh MAN!
It looked kind of okay at first hand impact, but then his knee hit the "padded" part and he WHIPPED around into that chain link part and I hadn't had a hurl reaction to watching baseball in a long time.
When Jackson was laying on the ground I was making the erp sounds.
He was flying!
He was running faster than...if I just jumped off the roof, he was running faster than I'd be falling.
And when he hit the fence it would be about like hitting the ground.
You're damn right I'd lay there til the paramedics came.
What a catch.
But hmmm... do you think it was good common sense?
Ah whatever.
How many exciting moments have happened this year?
Not alot, and that was certainly one.
And we all know that guys who play with that kinda crazy heart usually find a home in our Cub Fan hearts in a hurry.

The day before if you'd have said, "I bet the Cubs and Travis Wood will beat AJ Burnett and the Pirtates by 10 runs tomorrow," I'd have lost all my money. 
How in the world does a team with playoff aspirations suddenly make 7 errors in one game?
What is the Pirates' word for "cubbery"?
Just incredible.

There are only 24 more Cub games left in 2012.
I'll be glad when this season's in the rear view, but I'll hate it when the Cubs are gone, too.
