Wellllllll, that wasn't very much fun.
I met Morgan at a tiny bar across from the train station on Milwaukee and about Higgins, and it was blissfully not crowded and the beer on ice.
But that game started out awful and ended worse, although I liked Caleb Hanie going for broke with how much pro experience?

But this game seemed to lack any kind of Bear Soul, and when Jay Cutler just... stayed on the sideline I was gobsmacked.
Bar got silent.
And I'm sure that today everybody's gonna be calling Cutler various names that politely said would just be "coward".
I guess I'd rather wait til the MRI or whatever, but he sure didn't look like a gamer.
Didn't look like a leader.
But there you go.
This season went so far beyond my expectations that I can't really be mad, but rather just sad it ended that way.
Except now I gotta eat it for making all those Packer cartoons last week.
