The Tribune Company finally decides on a buyer for the Chicago Cubs, Tom Ricketts.

Now I guess the real negotiations begin.

But this is good news - you all know this guy Tom is a Cub fan.

Plus, kind of a rich family.

Hey Tom, there's this guy in San Diego named Jake Peavy...
