Honoring Jackie Robinson

I started this painting in the morning.
It's a double-great story.
Jackie's of course, but also Ken Griffey Jr. calling up Bud Selig and Jackie's widow Rachel to ask permission to wear #42 as a tribute.
Just...nice.
Then, I took Wyatt and his buddies to see "Blades of Glory", which started at 3.
Driving there, we heard Soriano on third and Theriot on first with nobody out.
Then 3 straight outs.
"How come you didn't score any runs with guys on first and third with no outs?"
Hopefully nobody asked Lou that question looking for the easy blow-up.
Anyway, Cubs lose 0-1 winning one game out of three against the Reds.
Not funny.
