Ron Santo's votes keep going up - he missed the hall by 5 votes this time.
The rumor is they're going to re-figure when the Veteran's Committee votes, so rather than every 2 years it happens every year.
So I'm hoping for the 5 votes next time.
And as for the Under Armor sign?
You know how sometimes somebody in a parking lot has opened their door with enough careless velocity to put a dent in yours?
First time it happened to me, I was TICKED!
But after a couple days, I didn't even notice.
So I'm holding off til I see it and live with it a couple games.
I'm pretty sure it'll just disappear.
Okay, my son Wyatt has the flu, and I'm pretty sure I'm next so we're gonna go sit on the couch and watch the Cubs/Sox play each other in Spring Training.
