Just making the SI COVER jinx even

I was in an airport, browsing in a magazine section. Then I saw it:

NOT AGAIN!
The last time this cover jinx thing with SPORTS ILLUSTRATED happened, it was Kerry Wood and Mark Prior in 2003 (see Cj03043 in SEASON 2003 on right).
We all know what happened then.
So anyway, this ought to toss a little magic jinxy dust at the Cards, Astros, and Brewers.
